Calling Ministers & Staffing Leaders
Churches face the departure of a pastor or staff member with one of three responses:
1) as a period - as if the end of a sentence,
2) as a question mark - uncertain of what the future holds, and
3) as a parenthesis - a time in the church's history to regroup, refocus and retool for the future. Healthy churches find the interim period as a time of parenthesis. We at SABA want to help our churches during this critical period of their life with relevant resources, coaching, mentoring and training.
