It is critically important that each church have policies in place that protect children of the church, and the children volunteers.  Safety and Security are paramount in protecting children as well as leaders.
- Have a two adult person rule in each classroom
- Always do a background check on each Children's Volunteer
- Implement a system of security for each child.  They do not have to be costly to establish a safe environment.You can use security labels as opposed to computerized systems.
